Otto Bookstore

Hi, this is Betsy from Otto’s. What a season! (I worked 28 days straight!) It was almost as big as last year although with so many bargain books, it didn’t quite add up to as much. But it seemed even busier—gift wrapping (free) at least three quarters of the books we sold (including the $2.98 sale books!) And the gift certificates!—we sold more 350 of them! And we gift wrapped most of them too! Our new web site got a good workout…with rave reviews…from the people who used it for ordering and from the people who just used it for searching and then called or emailed their orders in.
